Located at 915 Garden St. If coming from the West on Jefferson turn left on Garden street and continue across Washington Blvd until street ends at alley, the house is on your right. If coming from the East on Washington, turn right on Garden St, the house is visible to your right.

First Impressions

Entering from front. As you approach you may notice that house is hardly seen from on coming traffic. The house itself sits tall, grand and inviting with a sizable porch.

First Floor

Entering into the house through the solid wood door and beveled glass, you have entered into the living room. The living room/entry is a large room with fresh paint top to bottom, the flooring is a laminate pergo flooring. To your right you’ll notice a large window that floods the room with natural lighting. Closing the door behind you, you will instantly notice that the house is quiet with very little notice of traffic on Washington. To the left as we progress into this beautiful townhouse is the Dining room, complete with a build in cabinet for displaying your china as well as some additional drawer space. The lighting is adequate for late night gathering with friends and in the early hours and throughout the day the two tall grand windows allow the sun to flood the room making it welcoming and cozy.

Located off the Dining room is the kitchen. The kitchen offer plenty of space, cabinets are but a few years old, with updated appliances and tile flooring. Located within the kitchen is a large space for storage of your canned and non-perishable foods. Located in the Kitchen are two separate door ways; one leads out the back of the apartment giving the tenant access to their private patio and the other leads to the basement.

Basement

The basement door is located off of the kitchen. After the short trek downstairs, to your right is the laundry room with included washer and dryer, and to your left is a plethora of additional storage space. This basement access is only available this apartment.

Second Floor

The stairway to the second floor is located in the dining room, the steps are steep but not overly so at the same time. A hand rail runs the length of the steps and contours to your hand naturally as you ascend. After reaching the second story to your right is the main front bedroom. This front bedroom offers plenty of storage, as well as plenty of natural lighting. The floors through out the second floor offer a unique standing, the floor are painted in a two tone color scheme.

Exiting the front bedroom, you will continue down the hallway where you will make a 90 degree left handed turn and not more then three steps to your right is the units only bathroom.

The bathroom is well lighted, with tile flooring, plenty of storage, a surface mounted medicine cabinet with mirror and additional lighting above. The bathtub/shower is a historic clawfoot porcelain tub with shower ring.

Exiting the bath and continuing to the right you will enter the back bedroom, this room is about the same size of the front bedroom but the closet space is less. Two grand tall windows flood the room with natural light. All windows in this unit have window coverings.

Conclusion

That concludes our description of this unit. The lease term is a 12 month or 1 year term. A security deposit is required prior to move-in in the amount equal to that of the first moths rent. In the event of a move-in in middle of month, that months rent is pro-rated so as to not charge you for days you were not living there. Owner pays for water, Trash collection, and Sewer charges. Tenant is responsible for Electric and Gas ( avg monthly figures available upon request.
